Claudia Ford is the maternal grandmother of The Michelle Project’s founder. This program pays homage to her love of reading and her advocacy for education. As a child, she was often lost in the adventures of a good book. As she matured, her passion for literacy grew. As a mother and grandmother, she not only supported her own children’s education but also encouraged learning within her community. Ms. Ford always reminds us, "Each generation should learn all they can to pass it on to the next."
